We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to oversee business development, operational management, regulatory compliance, human resource engagement, and strategic acquisition initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable profitability and ensuring alignment with the institution's strategic framework and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute branch-level strategies to grow deposits and lending portfolios.
- Develop and implement debt recovery policies and procedures.
- Create tracking systems and oversee debt collection activities.
- Guide, mentor, and manage Special Assets and Debt Recovery teams.
- Optimize performance of collection agencies and legal partners.
- Prepare annual departments plans, budgets, and recovery initiatives.
- Maximize write-backs and recommend loan write-offs per CBK regulations.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs on recovery techniques.
- Handle other assigned responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 7-8 years relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail. High level of professional integrity.
