Applicants should:
Hold a relevant diploma or degree in their area of specialization:
Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies (for Trainers – Journalism).
Nursing and valid practicing license (for Trainers – Nursing).
Business, Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related (for Trainers – Business and Accounts positions).
ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related (for Trainers – ICT).
Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering, or related (for Trainers – Food & Beverage).
Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Studies or related (for Trainers – Secretarial Studies and Front Office Assistant).
Marketing, Business, Sales, or related (for Marketing Assistants).
Have teaching/training experience in TVET/college/university setup (an added advantage for Trainer roles).
Be familiar with CBC/TVETA requirements and curriculum implementation (for Trainer roles).
For Accounts Clerk and Accountant roles:
Have strong accounting knowledge, practical bookkeeping skills and proficiency with accounting software.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Be computer literate and comfortable using MS Office and basic education management systems.
Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student success.
