Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant diploma or degree in their area of specialization:

    • Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies (for Trainers – Journalism).

    • Nursing and valid practicing license (for Trainers – Nursing).

    • Business, Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related (for Trainers – Business and Accounts positions).

    • ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related (for Trainers – ICT).

    • Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering, or related (for Trainers – Food & Beverage).

    • Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Studies or related (for Trainers – Secretarial Studies and Front Office Assistant).

    • Marketing, Business, Sales, or related (for Marketing Assistants).

  • Have teaching/training experience in TVET/college/university setup (an added advantage for Trainer roles).

  • Be familiar with CBC/TVETA requirements and curriculum implementation (for Trainer roles).

  • For Accounts Clerk and Accountant roles:

    • Have strong accounting knowledge, practical bookkeeping skills and proficiency with accounting software.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Be computer literate and comfortable using MS Office and basic education management systems.

  • Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student success.
