Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Be recent graduates or students pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Have strong interest in sales, credit, and customer service within the financial services or digital lending sector.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging customers in the field and via phone.

  • Be willing to conduct field visits for sales and collections within the assigned town/region.

  • Demonstrate basic numeracy, record-keeping, and reporting skills.

  • Be proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Be familiar with use of smartphones, basic digital tools, and MS Office applications.

  • Reside in or be willing to be based in the specific duty station they are applying for (e.g. Kericho, Eldoret, Kakamega, etc.).
