Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling
- Present and promote services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with client information
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales and client management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
