Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling
  • Present and promote services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with client information
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales and client management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
