We’re looking for a QA/QC Manager – Infrastructure & Buildings

An established organization is currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and lead quality assurance and quality control activities for infrastructure and building projects based in Dubai South. This is a hands-on, site-focused role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to ensure all construction activities comply with approved standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems across projects, ensuring that every stage of construction meets the highest quality benchmarks. This role demands a proactive professional who can identify issues early, drive corrective actions, and maintain consistency in quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within infrastructure and building projects
