Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant academic and professional qualifications for the position applied for (e.g. MBChB for Doctors, Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, etc.).

  • Be duly registered and licensed by the appropriate professional bodies (e.g. KMPDC, NCK, PPB, KMLTTB or equivalent).

  • Have prior experience in clinical practice or customer-facing roles in a healthcare setting, depending on the position.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Be flexible and willing to work on locum/on-call arrangements in busy outpatient centres.
