Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

• Possess relevant professional qualifications such as ACII, AIIK, CPA, CFA or equivalent (an added advantage depending on the role).

• Have proven experience in insurance, business development, client relationship management, group life servicing, or investment analysis.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills, especially for investment and group life roles.

• Show excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Be target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
