Macline Contracting is currently seeking a Administration Officer to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a well-organized individual who can efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and maintain administrative files and documents
  • Handle both internal and external correspondence in a professional manner
  • Coordinate effectively with various departments to support operational needs
  • Prepare basic reports, schedules, and administrative records
  • Manage office communications including emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
