Job Description

Commercial International Bank (CIB) Kenya

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

  1. Contact Centre Manager

  2. IT Projects Manager

  3. Relationship Manager – Corporate

  4. Relationship Manager – Retail

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, ICT, Banking, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, etc. will be an added advantage depending on the role).

  • Have relevant experience in the banking sector, particularly in contact centre management, IT project management, corporate banking, or retail banking.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service orientation and relationship management skills.

  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Be proficient in banking systems, digital channels, and MS Office applications.

  • Exhibit high integrity, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
