Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

  • Have experience in automotive aftersales, spare parts, service sales, or field sales (FMCG/technical products an added advantage).

  • Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Be knowledgeable about automotive parts, servicing, and workshop/garage operations.

  • Be willing to travel and work within the assigned region to grow market coverage.

  • Possess a valid driving license (added advantage).

  • Exhibit high levels of integrity, self-drive, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
