Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic and professional qualifications for the specific role (e.g., education, maritime studies, communications, sports science, or related fields).

• Have prior experience in a similar position within a training institution, maritime academy, or related industry.

• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• For training roles, possess teaching/training experience and familiarity with curriculum delivery and assessment.

• For maritime-related roles, hold appropriate maritime certifications and seafaring/nautical experience where applicable.

• Be committed to high standards of professionalism, student support, and institutional growth.
