Job Description

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • • Coordinate employee integration programs and maintain accurate records of all recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • • Administer disciplinary processes, conduct investigations, prepare reports, and support timely resolution of employee relations issues.
  • • Assist in interpreting and implementing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • • Support the payroll process by verifying employee data, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adherence to clock-in/clock-out procedures.
  • • Coordinate employee training programs, assist in developing training materials, and maintain up-to-date training records.
  • • Maintain comprehensive employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
  • • Prepare HR reports, support HR analytics, and participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Key Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • • Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 60,000-80,000(Approx 461USD)
