Major Accountabilities and activities:
- Develop new methods and procedures.
- Ensure that Lab. cleanliness & AD equipment safety standards are maintained.
- Participate in Microbial Analysis of Lab scale, Pilot batches and stability product.
- Preparation of test solutions and volumetric solutions
- Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.
- Preparing analytical Protocol and reports based on scientific observations.
- Interpret test results, compare them to established control limits, and make recommendations.
- Participate in Departmental training.
- Ensure that Calibration of AD equipment is done.
- Compile and tabulate stability data based on observations and AD analytical tests.
- Follow up on daily, weekly, monthly and annual AD objectives.
- Preparation of calibration and verifications of analytical machines
- Conducting literature search for new method development
- Handling of AD stability registers, worksheets and other related documents and reports
- Participate in investigations of out-of-trend and out of specifications results.
- Method validation and verification.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- BSc. In Chem, Analytical Chem, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other health related Science.
- 2+ years’ experience of working as a Quality Control Analyst or other similar position.
