Key Responsibilities.
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Collect, record, and analyse operational data to support management reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, records, and databases.
• Liaise with departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of company activities.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking processes.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing performance summaries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong skills in data collection, recording, and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 50,000-65,000
