Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
- Lead end-to-end management of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish robust project governance structures that clearly define ownership, accountability, decision rights, and escalation paths across functions.
- Create clarity and shared understanding among cross-functional teams through structured plans, updates, and documentation.
- Anticipate risks and proactively remove barriers to maintain momentum and discipline.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) for consistency and transparency.
- Build trust and alignment across stakeholders through clear communication and follow-through.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Serve as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment at every stage.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and progress updates, giving leadership and stakeholders clear visibility.
- Ensure decisions, risks, and actions are documented and transparently communicated.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional leads to drive collaboration and shared accountability.
Project Planning & Delivery Performance
- Translate strategic ideas into actionable project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate feasibility studies and due diligence to inform expansion decisions.
- Develop and maintain standardized tools and dashboards for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics (cost, time, quality, outcomes) and address performance gaps early.
- Apply root cause analysis and structured problem-solving to strengthen delivery.
- Capture and apply lessons learned to improve future project planning and execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Provide project management support to cross-functional initiatives that drive growth or operational excellence.
- Promote consistent project management practices through coaching, tools, and capacity building.
- Identify issues early, address risks, and encourage learning across teams.
- Champion a culture of improvement by using data and reflection to enhance delivery efficiency and impact.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Education & Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent formal project management certification (such as PRINCE2).
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale expansion or transformation projects across multiple functions or locations.
- Strong record of delivering results through structured planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
