 We’re Hiring: Head – Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Square Yards UAE is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of PRO / Head of Government Relations to manage and lead government liaison and compliance operations throughout the UAE. This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Lead, supervise, and mentor the PRO team to ensure all government-related processes and transactions are handled efficiently and on time.
• ✅ Oversee visa, labour, and licensing procedures in strict compliance with UAE laws.
• ✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, and the Chamber of Commerce.
• ✅ Provide guidance to management on regulatory updates and ensure proactive compliance across all departments.
• ✅ Optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency in government liaison functions.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of UAE PRO experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of UAE labour, immigration, and commercial regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving license.
