Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in a master’s degree program (or equivalent) at a recognized university.

• Be nationals of AfDB member countries.

• Be under 30 years of age at the time of application.

• Have a strong interest in development issues related to Africa.

• Be fluent in English or French (with a working knowledge of the other language preferred).
