Description:
We are urgently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join a reputable interior fitout company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material take-offs, supporting project delivery efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), detailed cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Review and evaluate project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tendering, pricing, and preparing quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Track project progress and update cost reports regularly.
• Prepare variations, subcontractor bills, and client invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure all activities align with project schedules and budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in fitout or interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.
