Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Culinary Artist to serve as a chef to one of our Company executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, menu innovation, and personalized meal preparation. This is a prestigious role requiring discretion, professionalism, and a passion for culinary excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals tailored to the chairman’s preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Design weekly and seasonal menus with a focus on nutrition, variety, and creativity.
  • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Cater for private events, meetings, and special occasions as required.
  • Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service and dining experiences.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts from Kenya Utalii College (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private residence.
  • Proven expertise in a variety of cuisines (local and international).
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
