Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions and online platforms.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate FMCG products.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure consistent product visibility both in physical outlets and online to maximize brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and promotions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in online selling and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and delivering excellent service.
Salary: Ksh. 20,000
