Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Brites Management Services. The successful candidate will be based at Amboseli National Park, Kenya, and will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing strategies to enhance our hotel's brand and attract new clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the hotel's market share and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue partnerships to grow the hotel's clientele base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Organize promotional events and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
