Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team in Nairobi. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
