Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
