Job Purpose:


We are currently looking for a capable and experienced Admissions Assistant to support the school’s admissions department. This role focuses on delivering a professional, friendly, and well-organized admissions experience for prospective families and the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions Support: Handle admissions-related enquiries and guide families smoothly through the application and enrolment process.
  • Application Management: Coordinate applications, maintain accurate documentation, and manage student records efficiently.
  • Events & Tours: Assist with school tours, admissions events, and enrolment activities to ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Coordination: Communicate effectively with parents, teaching staff, and the school leadership team.
  • Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure admissions operations run efficiently and without disruption.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Experience: Background in admissions, administrative roles, or customer service positions.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Education Sector Exposure: Prior experience within a school or educational environment will be considered an advantage.
Salary: 4000 - 7000 AED
