Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell Platinum Credit Limited's financial products to prospective clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• High/Secondary School education is required.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or retail jobs is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
