Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Branch Operations Manager to oversee and drive the operational excellence of our healthcare institution. They will play a critical role in ensuring that our clinical and non-clinical operations are aligned with best practices, patient safety standards, and our mission of delivering high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare.
  • This role is ideal for a qualified medical professional with proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, hospital management, or health systems strengthening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in planning, directing, and managing daily Medical centre Operations across all 55 clinics.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve patient care and institutional growth.
  • Responsible for Growth in Insurance / Corporate Partners
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  • Optimize resource utilization (staffing, equipment, budgets) to achieve efficiency and sustainability. all
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across departments.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration between medical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Develop operational policies, procedures, and systems that enhance patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale operations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills
