Job Description
  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team.

Overall Responsibility

  • The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role focuses on enhancing online visibility, promoting services, and engaging audiences to support the organization’s brand growth and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate search engine optimization and social media advertising initiatives to maximize online presence.
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Monitor website analytics to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeting different customer segments.
  • Prepare monthly reports on digital performance, ROI, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

Job Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
