We are hiring a Senior Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team at Habico Properties. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and the fast-paced world of real estate. The selected candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber real estate talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Build a strong pipeline of real estate professionals for sales, leasing, and management positions.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally at industry networking events and career fairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
