Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, coach & grow field sales teams across Kenya
  • Recruit, onboard & train new sales agents
  • Drive revenue growth with strong sales strategies

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven experience managing 50+ field sales agents
  • Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
  • Data-driven & results-oriented mindset
