Job Description
Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pension solutions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams.
- Report on conversion rates and sales performance.
- Develop competitive strategies to grow our products
- Support annual budget through strategic partnerships.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Inform clients about regulatory changes and product updates.
- Work closely with the line manager and other departments to achieve business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales or related field.
- Diploma in Insurance or Pensions is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in pension and insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Understanding of retirement benefits or investment products.
- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
