Job Description
Lordship Africa Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the administration and management of documents and records related to our real estate projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
- Ensure that all documents are up to date and reflect the most current information.
- Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and archive documents efficiently to ensure easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document management procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and tools.
- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control, secretarial, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
