Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and community members.
- Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and financial analyses to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Kenya.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
