Job Overview

Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage support services activities including administration, logistics, and facilities management.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply procurement to ensure the seamless operation of the hospital.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the provision of high-quality support services.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration or secretarial roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
