Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Laboratory Technologist to join our Luanda branch. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing quality laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests, including routine and special tests as required by the healthcare providers.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning and calibration.
• Adhere to safety, health, and quality standards in the laboratory.
• ate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage laboratory inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a laboratory technologist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
