Job Overview

Equity Afia Medical Centre is seeking a diligent and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Luanda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks in all areas of the medical centre, including patient rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Ensure all janitorial equipment is maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards as set by the medical facility.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as necessary.
• Report any necessary repairs or replacements to the maintenance team.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• High/Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
