Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team at the Luanda branch of Equity Afia Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and manage the filing system efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
