Key Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintain accurate staff records.
· Support employee relations and oversee performance management programs.
· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and school policies.
· Handle payroll processing and leave management efficiently.
· Assist in organizing staff training programs and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
· Proven HR experience, with mandatory exposure in the education sector.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Solid understanding of HR policies and UAE labor law.
· Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
