Key Responsibilities
° Welcome and assist customers visiting the shop
° Explain product features, financing options, and conduct demonstrations
° Process purchases, handle cash/POS transactions, and issue receipts
° Provide basic technical support (setup, Wi-Fi, usage guidance) and escalate advanced issues when necessary
° Maintain shop cleanliness, stock levels, and inventory reports
° Record customer details for warranty, referrals, and follow-up
° Submit daily sales reports and share customer feedback with management
Key Qualifications
° Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related field is needed
° Basic technical knowledge of solar power systems, inverters, or Wi-Fi devices
° Strong communication and interpersonal skills
° Computer literacy (POS, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp/CRM tools)
° Strong familiarity with phones, computers, or electronic devices.
° Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
° Willingness to learn, undergo training, and support after-sales care
° Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly sales targets
° Team player with problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
Salary: Monthly gross salary: KSH 40,000 – 50,000( Approx 348 USD)
