Position Title: Chef de Partie

Job Description:

? Prepare and present dishes at the highest quality in line with the dining standards

? Work with a team, guiding junior members and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation

? Contribute to menu ideas and uphold our unique culinary style in collaboration with the Head Chef

? Maintain precision in food preparation and uphold our presentation standards

? Follow strict food safety guidelines, keeping the kitchen organized and clean

Qualifications:

? 35 years old and below

? Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role preferrably from a high-end casual dining restaurant

? International cuisine experience is a must

? Must be available to join immediately

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
