Job Purpose:
° The Sales Executives will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting vehicle options and supporting the sales process from initial contact to final handover. Key Responsibilities:
° Engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
° Present vehicle options clearly and confidently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
° Follow up on online leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
° Maintain accurate customer records and report on sales activities.
° Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
° Support the team with customer events, showroom displays, and marketing campaigns.
° Attend all scheduled training sessions and apply knowledge on the job.
Qualifications and Skills:
° Must have a Diploma or higher qualification in a business-related field.
° Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
° Outgoing, extroverted, and naturally talkative personality.
° Must have eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
° Sales experience within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
