A reputable medical facility in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join their dedicated neonatal care team. The role focuses on providing specialized care to critically ill newborns while supporting families throughout their hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor patient vitals and operate life-support equipment effectively
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid MOH license (UAE) is mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of recent NICU experience
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
