Job Title: Receptionist – Belmont Doors & Windows

Location: Sharjah, Industrial Area 13 – United Arab Emirates

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide general administrative and cleaning support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer-facing tasks, basic office administration, and maintaining a clean, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and politely.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms.
  • Support other departments with basic administrative tasks as requested.
  • Maintain staff contact lists and update noticeboards.

Cleaning & Office Upkeep:

  • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas (e.g., pantry, waiting area) are clean and well-stocked.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down surfaces, organizing supplies, and emptying small waste bins.
  • Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate department or service provider.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Comfortable performing light cleaning duties as part of daily tasks.
