Job Description

Knowledge and Experience Required

° Master’s degree in relevant area

° Professional certification in management, governance and/or leadership

° At least five years in training and/or consultancy

° At least five years in senior management

° Excellent report writing skills

° Excellent communication and presentation skills

° KIM membership will be an added advantage

° Publications, published papers and articles will also be an added advantage

° Self-motivated, results-oriented and passionate about institutional excellence
