° The Junior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for deeply understanding client needs and defining the ideal candidate profile. This role serves as the main point of contact between the client and the recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
° Conduct detailed interviews with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
° Identify key skills, competencies, and characteristics needed for each role.
° Research and analyze the job market to identify suitable candidates.
° Collaborate with hiring managers to align client expectations with market realities.
° Act as a liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
° Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of each search.
° Renegotiate terms with clients when necessary.
° Follow up with clients via calls and emails.
° Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
° Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports.
° Meet individual goals and contribute to team objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
° 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or recruitment, preferably in BPO environments.
° Excellent communication and empathy skills.
° Ability to interpret and translate client needs into clear requirements.
° Results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
