Job Description:
° Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
° Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
° Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
° Maintain a high level of customer service and problem-solving ability.
° Record and update customer details and inquiries in the system.
° Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
^ Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
° Knowledge and experience in basic computer applications.
° Candidates with good communication skills in Arabic and Somali are highly encouraged to apply.
