Ankole Grill is seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, with strong knowledge of food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Ankole Grill standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are consistently followed
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role preferably in a 4 star or 5-star establishment.
- Diploma or certificate in food production
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Knowledge of grill and modern cooking techniques
- Culinary training is an added advantage
