Job Description

Academic & Professional Qualifications

 

Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

 

Higher Diploma or a masters in Critical Care Nursing.

 

BLS & ACLS certified with a valid ACLS certificate

 

Must be a Kenyan Registered Critical Care Nurse with a valid practicing license.

 

Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience 2 of which must have been in ICU.

 

2 years' experience in teaching and learning

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Computer skills

 

A great team player.

 

Ability to offer professional academic counselling to students.

 

Added Advantages

 

Excellent record-keeping skills and documentation

 

Be a certified ACLS/BLS TOT

 

Certified TVET trainer

 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Faculty and clinical staff, students and hospital staff and clients.

 

Committed to supporting and developing a holistic approach to student well-being at the TNWH-CHS.
