Steady Driving School is seeking a qualified and professional Front Office Administrator to join our Narok and Nairobi branches. This is a full-time position that combines front office management with basic accounting and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, including welcoming clients, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
Maintain student records, registration details, and filing systems.
Support daily accounting tasks, including fee collection, receipting, and reconciliation.
Prepare simple financial reports and assist with bookkeeping.
Provide administrative support to the branch manager and instructors.
Requirements
CPA qualification (at least CPA I or higher).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and basic accounting software is an added advantage.
