Job Description

Role Description

° Service Delivery: - Assignments will be allocated to the successful candidate from either Risk Survey, Investigation or loss adjustment and the candidate will be trained to generate accurate and quality reports of findings from the site within the agreed upon turn around time.

° Account Management: - Accounts shall be allocated to the successful candidate with KPIs in:

° Business Development: Retention and growth of the accounts as well as acquisition of new customers to grow the portfolio

° Quality Assurance of all reports to be dispatched to the specific customers

° Ensuring effective and efficient service delivery for all reports from the specific customers

° Collections - Analysis of aging analysis for the specific accounts and ensuring payment as per the agreed upon credit terms

° Rapport Building with the specific customers

° Upon successful completion of the training period, the successful candidate shall be absorbed in a permanent capacity for the organization.

Qualifications

° Bachelor in any business related course

° A can-do attitude

° An eye for detail, trends and patterns
